Here’s the truth.
When I step in as a Fractional COO, I am the hard stop.
I am the one who protects margin. I am the one who enforces operating cadence. I am the one who makes sure the numbers are visible and the leaders are accountable.
That is not about gender. That is about structure.
Every founder led company between $3M and $50M reaches a point where growth creates strain. Revenue increases, but systems lag. Leaders drift. Margin tightens. The owner becomes the pressure valve.
What those companies need is embedded operational leadership.
Not advice from the outside. Execution from the inside.
