My answer was simple.
I always over deliver.
Not to impress anyone. Not to justify a fee. But because founder-led companies between $3M and $50M deserve measurable return when they bring in executive level support.
When I step in as a Fractional COO, the expectation is clear:
Margin must improve. Cash flow must become visible. Leadership must align. Execution must tighten.
If we agree to work together, I am responsible for moving the business forward. That means structured implementation, disciplined cadence, and direct involvement inside the company.
The standard is measurable progress.
