The Go-No-Go Process Every Contractor Needs Before Saying Yes

Before you say yes to the next project, stop and run the numbers. Most businesses don’t lose money because of bad work. They lose money because they said yes too fast.

Your go-no-go process should be simple and clear: What are the risks? What is the real budget? Do you actually have the capacity? Can you carry payroll from start to finish?

If you can’t confidently answer all four, you’re not making a decision. You’re gambling.

The companies that scale profitably don’t chase every opportunity. They qualify it first, then commit with control.

Comment “GO” and I’ll send you the exact go-no-go checklist we use with clients.
